q       Design and implementing of the new capacities and manufacturing lines.

                    Accomplishments

 

q    Complete design and organizing of the new capacity of production for Diesel motors with powers between 26 and 110 HP on 18 fabrication lines, 2 assembling lines and 60 test installations, including annexes (storage, delivery, offices, maintaining service, tools and work devices, control tools and systems) for a capacity of 4000 motors/month  

q    Increasing of the production efficiency from5 to 9 motors/hour

q    Homologating the execution and control plans for 85 new components.

q    Implementing , in 1953, of the Quality Assurance System (analogue to ISO)

q    Implementing of new norms for dynamic balancing of crankshafts, flywheel, clutches.
