Managing the work of 5 design and research engineers and 8 technicians managing a budget of 200.000 YSD yearly, for a period of 3 years.

SC Tractor Proiect SA – 1988-1991 Project manager for the project “ Electro-hydrauli control system using flow amplifiers for the servodrive and loading installation of industrial articulated tractors witth a power of 360 and 500 HP “ . Managing a budget of 300.000 USD / year, for 2 years. 

SC Tractorul UTB SA – 1979-1986 – Manager of the Technological Workshop of the factory for Diesel Motors. Managing 12 engineers for manufacturing 40000 motors/year.

SC Tractorul UTB SA – 1979-1986 – Manager of the Technological Workshop of the factory for Diesel Motors. Managing 12 engineers for implementing and homologating 3 new motors, in 18 variants, project in value of 800.000 USD.

SC Tractorul UTB SA – 1983 -1985 – Manager of the Technological Workshop of the factory for Diesel Motors. Managing 12 engineers for the technology design of 18 lines of fabrication for Diesel motors components, 2 assembling lines. The value of the project : 2 mil USD

SC Tractorul UTB SA – 1977-1979 – Assistant of the Chief of Maintenance Workshop, managing 24 mechanicians and electricians, for the complete day-by day maintaining and service of 1200 machines and installations and 3 automated.

Universitatea Transilvania Brasov – 1975-1977, as Vice-President in the Association of the Students for the scientific research, managing a team of 10 students for organizing a yearly Conference with scientific papers written by students (ca 100 papers at each Conference)
