Family

My parents are Fred and Carol Smith. They are both retired school teachers. I am so thankful for the both of them. My dad is great guy. He's a little stern sometimes, but he has taught me some great things, and for that I am very thankful.�� My mom truly has a servant's heart.� She is always giving and providing for the family in any way she can.� We could not function without Mom!

My sister Libby lives in San Angelo, TX.� She is 30 yrs old and is married to a pretty cool guy named Nathan.� They have one kiddo named Ryan (on the left).� He is about as hip as it comes for a 3 year old.� I think he is well on his way to being a ladies man!� Anyway, my sis and I used to fight a lot when we were younger, but I think she's mellowed out a bit in her old age- just messin' with ya Lib!!! Libby is a hot shot banker, and Nathan is "The Man" at the title company.� Although this is just a disguise for his true profession as an actor in many local commercials.� He also flexes the pipes as a member of the Twin Mountain Tonesmen and the infamous barbershop quartet, Jubilee.

This is my brother Richard.� He is 20 years old.� Although he is the baby of the family, he stands the tallest at around 6'4".� We are pretty tight, although we don't see each other much during school.� He is currently a junior at Texas Tech.� He is a great Christian and is very active in the Campus Crusades.� He plays a mean guitar, and he's pretty good on the piano and other various instruments.� Hey dude, I need my djembe back!� Richard has been a big influence in my life, especially the past two years, and I am so grateful for this.� I am amazed by his spirit and his ability to "hold back" when it comes to the ladies and relationships.� If I could do things all over again, I would do it just like Richard has.� Rock on Bro! <><

Marti is my sister from my Dad's first marriage.� She and her husband Greg are wonderful people.� They have one son named Austin. He is six years old.� Even though Libby, Richard, and I have been separated from Marti by age and distance, we all feel very close to her and love her very much.� She is always there with a thoughtful card at every birthday and holiday, and she is truly a wonderful person.� Marti and Greg have recently moved (back) to Austin, TX where Greg is the Preacher a local Episcopal Church.�
