Scope - Manage the design, planning, and maintenance of the facilities department, building equipment, buildings, and other facilities; oversee the coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services and facilities expansion. Work with senior management to establish corporate strategic plans.

Defined and developed the facilities management and corporate services organization.

Defined office furniture, aesthetics, and functionality standards.
