Asked how they show their independence, BRIDGET FONDA (with ERIC STOLTZ) told us, �Actually it�s kind of nice to blend in and watch people and spy. We�re voyeurs basically.� Let�s hope Stoltz agrees.

Dating an actor can be difficult enough. But becoming romantically linked with a member of Hollywood royalty has its own set of ego-deflating hazards. When Eric Stoltz and Bridget Fonda were asked how the Independent Spirit Awards compared with the Oscars, Stoltz answered for both of them: �We�ve never been to the Oscars so we can�t make a comparison.� �I have,� Fonda interjected. �Oh.��I went years ago when my grandfather [Henry Fonda] won,� she continued. �Oh�oh,� was all Stoltz could muster. Don�t you wish you could be a voyeur and overhear that conversation on the ride home?
