2. Player Movement

- A registered Fort Macleod Minor Hockey player can only move up one year, and only if he/she has proved his ability in tryouts. Example: A second year Atom player coudl move up to Pee Wee if he was skilled enough to handle that level of play. A first year Atom could not because that would be a two year age difference. A player can only move if it does not jeopardize the team that the player should be playing on.

3. Evaluations

-For any team (Atom and up) that need to be evaluated, an evaluation committee with an evaluation sheet  will be used.  No coaches of teh teams involved will have anything to do with the decision making.
- Novice: will be decided by age. Movement will be considered if there are family circumstances to consider.

4. Players

-Fort Macleod Minor Hockey policy is: " Fair Play - You Pay - You Play!" This policy will be closely adhered to. Each player will  be afforded equal oppotunity and equal ice time.

5.Coaches

- All coaches must attned a monthly meeting in conjunction to executive meetings, in order to keep coaches abreast of what is happening in teh minor hockey system.

6. Raffle Table

- Money  from the sale of raffle items to be handed to the treasurer to be recorded seperately adn to be used at the discretion of the coaches adn parents of that team for that team.
-  When sharing a tournament, teams must co-operate. Meeting with both teams to be held, coming to a mutual agreement on raffle table, workers, meals, and anything else they want to hold during the tournament.

7. Trophies

- Purchase of trophies will be alternated between local businesses, as long as prices are competative, and they are willing to take back left over trophies.

8.50/50 Money

-This money is to be used for team tournaments only, with any money left at teh end of teh season going back into Minor Hockey to keep cost of registration fees to a minimum.
- Each teams first tournament of the season can be advanced up untill December 30th of the current playing season. After that if a team pays for a tournament out of their pockets, they can keep receipts and be reimbursed up to the end of the year if there is enough in their 50/50 account. If a team is short on their 50/50 advance or tournament budget, their raffle table money will be used to cover their deficit before they are given their raffle table money. Also if a team does not cancel their regular ice time with adequate notice, rental will be taken out on their 50/50 account.
