Here are some things that make a dartfrog innkeeper's life a lot easier....
1. BOX A good, sturdy box with hand holes and a cover is essential. It can store the Hotel's cultures and related stuff, keeping keep the neighborhood neat and orderly. The hand holes allow for air to flow freely into and out of the box. And it should have a cover so that everything can be hidden away from curious onlookers (like girlfriends, prying landlords, cable guys, etc.). Most importantly, when insects escape from their cultures (a not infrequent event), they tend to stay in the box, instead of crawling around the room.

2. GRABBER Especially if you have a "high" tank, a grabber will enable you to reach places in your vivarium that you might not want to put your hand. The one we have is about 18 inches long, has a pistol grip and can pick up a dime from underneath a moss-covered branch in the leafiest section of the Hotel. Very convenient.
3. LONG-HANDLED AQUARIUM SCRUBBER Once again, especially if you have a high tank, your hotel's maid staff will need to get access to the bottom of the residence without bothering the Guests too much. This handy device makes it easy to wash the glass from top to bottom. Just a few swipes with this magic wand and the job is done. A must have.
