Pinhead Crickets are difficult to culture/maintain in an urban environment and therefore must be purchased commercially.
As a result, our Chef only serves them occasionally.

As with
Friutflies, Pinhead Crickets are typically served plain, or in a fine vitamin/mineral breading.
Tiny crickets, ones that are only a few days old, are called Pinhead Crickets.  They are the preferred entree for most of our guests.
