| An Avon Fundraiser is simple:
1.Your Organization's earnings will be determined by the actual sales. (Some toys/gift products are subject to different commission scales.) 2.The duration of the Fundraiser event (i.e., one or two weeks), and the brochure or flyer to be used, is agreed upon by the Organization and Val. 3.The cost of the brochures and any other expenses are minimal. The Organization and Val jointly determine how the expenses will be covered. 4.Each Participant is provided with a brochure/flyer with which to take orders. Participants will also be provided with a customer order form and a collection envelope. Customers make their checks out to the Organization when they place their order with the Participant. Each customer may be charged a $.70 order processing fee. 5.Each Participant returns the order forms and payment in the collection envelope to the contact person in charge at the school or Organization. 6.Val collects the order from the contact person. The organization actually has its money "in hand" before the products are delivered. 7.The products are delivered to the Organization approximately two weeks from the time the orders are collected by Val. 8.All products will be pre-sorted and packaged for each individual seller unless the Organization chooses to be a part of this process. 10.Payment is made to Val at the time of the order.
