| The game is set in 2465 on a planet similar to Earth. The story starts in the 1400's when the only island on the planet was a peaceful place (think Emmerdale without the serial killers, schizofrenic lesbians, pregnant 10 year olds and random mutants) that believed in the dominant religion of "Wu" (Something similar to Christianity's "God.") On a very fateful and sad day (*Sarcasm* Oh the shame... *Sarcasm*) a huge storm (No, it is NOT Emmerdale!!!) broke the island in two and they slowly drifted away from each other. They forgot each other's existance during the 1500's. |

| Over the 1000 years between the islands loosing contact and the game starting, the Northern Island of Wuklan doesn't develop much. It stays pretty Emmerdale-ish, they continue being religious, farming... things like that... While on the other side of the world (Well, across the "Impassable ocean of death" anyway) the Southern Island of Deku has developed new technology and magic. They have come so far in technology that they've invented a teleport machine! This machine can place you on any point on the globe, including the Northern Island, which has been re-discovered by the Dekuns. However, the use of this machine has been banned due to the fact it's not proven safe. In other news, the Dekun Princess, Moyofju, has been using her magic carelessly and has killed 5 people. With lots of outrage at this, the King decides that she be put to death in order to keep the peace! |
| This is where the two stories merge! Instead of death, she is used as the guinea pig for the teleport machine and is teleported over to Wuklan, where she awakes in a house in a small village in 2466. This house belongs to the main characters, Zegra, a highly religious guy who happens to believe Moyofju is the daughter of Wu, a hated figure in their religion. He, however, treats her as a very hight figure, believing Wu wouldn't wish any bad treatment upon her. He must go to the church to see if the world is ready to know about the daughter of Wu's coming. This is where the game begins! |
