This is my Body, which is broken for you
This is my Blood, which was shed for you
This is my Life, which I gave for you
This is my Peace to comfort you.
He has come without the sound of trumpets
He has come without a mighty host
He has come to face the deepest darkness
That man, God's love might know.
This is the one, called Emmanuel
This is Jesus, called the Christ
This is he who will save his people
He has come to rescue Israel.
We see Jesus, crowned in all his glory
We see Jesus, Saviour of men
We will sing the wondrous story

We search for truth day by day
Seeking a light to guide our way
Wandering through a desert land
Sorrow and care on every heart
Searching for truth.

"I am the way the truth the life
I am the alpha the omega
I am the Christ the one the father sent

As we stumble blindly onward
Seeking peace from Heaven's stream

Our eyes so dim ,we cannot see
Give us sight ,O Lord, to see you
