My Education

My School Years

I started my education in 1989 at Bentleigh East Primary School unless you count my kinder year at Baily Reserve Kindergarden in 1988. Then, in 1994, after Bentleigh East got closed down *grumble, grumble* causing my forever hate towards the government, I went to Valkstone Primary School where I had a thrilling two years *extreem sarcasm*. I then started my high school years by going to McKinnon Secondary College where I've been ever since.

In Primary School and Kindergarden I of course didn't get a chance to choice my subjects but I did get to choose my sport for years 4-6. I chose Newcombe - a game simular to Volleyball only there were more people on a team and you can hold the ball for a set amount of time.

Then in high school I got some choices. I got to choose 4 sports: one per term, and a language: either Korean, German or French, and I got to choose whether or not I was going to learn an instrument (not keyboard, that was compulsary).

In year seven I started to learn the Clarinet. I also learnt French and I chose the sports Cricket, Soccor, Athletics, and Bike Ed.

In year eight I chose to continue the Clarinet, I kept learning French, and I did Cricket, Table Tennis, Athletics, and Bike Ed.

In year nine I continued the Clarinet, continued French, and did Cricket, Table Tennis, Athletics, and Circuit Training.

In year ten I continued the Clarinet, dropped French to do Information Technology and Information Management, and sport wasn't a subject anymore: too many year tens each year didn't bother participating so it was discontinued *hehe*.

In year eleven I chose to do Year 12 History (Revolutions), Visual Communications and Design, Chemistry, Physics, Maths Methods and English because it's compulsary.

In year twelve I chose to do Chemistry, Physics, Maths Methods, Specialist Mathematics, and I did English because it was either that or Literature and hadn't thought to do Lit when I was working out my subjects.

At First Year Uni I have chosen to do Physics (PHS1011), Maths (MTH1030) Earth Science (ESC1011), and Astronomy (ASP1010).
