OEM spec. rear shock for both the Moto DH and FR are the Progressive Suspension 5th Element.

8.50x2.50 = 8.1 / 8.75x2.75 = 9.0            *This is based on a 3.27:1 leverage ratio*

Avalanche and Romic 3" stroke rear shocks can be utlized with an i2i no longer than 9" for an effected travel of 9.8". These shocks are aftermarket applactions only not oem.

Sprint Rates:

8.50x2.50 steel spring; 135/155lb = 375lb  156/195lb = 425lb  195/210lb = 475lb
