Eilist.jpg (69959 bytes)  Eilistraee-The black Andalusian mare was done by the talented Judy Renee Pope. Originally destined to be a stallion, until I expressed interest in her and ask "he" be made a "she". She is named after a goddess from the role-playing game Dungeons and Dragons, of all things!  Eilistraee is the drow elf goddess of love, music, beauty. A fitting name for this black mare I thought.  She has long been a standing favorite of mine and I can not see me ever selling her as I like her that much.
Florian.jpg (19771 bytes) Florian - This young dark gray Andalusian is a slightly redone Justin Morgan by me with a fantastic mane and tail and paint job by Laurie Jo Jensen. Shown as a 4 year old Andalusain stud he has personality! he is live show proven abd even has his own tandem set for other performance classes. He is another one of my favorites (Yes, I have many favorites!) He too is named after a Mercedes lackey horse character.
Rolan.jpg (19348 bytes) Rolan - Customized Legionario III by Becky Wilgus, isn't he nice? This is an extreme remake if you ask me. Rolan is one of my best live show performance models. He always does well in my fox hunting scene (but the fox always steals the show!) And for bullfighting....he is wonderful. Rolan is another model named after a horse character in the Mercedes Lackey books. He is also the sire a few of my other models, Florian and Megwyn to name two. Rolan is/has been NAN qualified several times
Adelayan.jpg (14158 bytes) Adelayan This is the Linda York Galante rein painted by....Becky Wilgus!  He has long sat without a name as I looked for "just the right name". And now, thanks to the new Mercedes Lackey book I found one. Adelayan! This guy is absolutely lovely in person and I am eager to start his show career
Regalo.jpg (16864 bytes)RegaloR.jpg (16045 bytes) Regalo de Marichalo - This is the Linda York El Vuelo resin painted by Kimberly Harvey. He is a portrait of the 'real" Paso Fino Stallion Regalo de Marichalo. I asked the "real" Regalo's owner's if I could keep the name and they said yes! He has only been to one live show, were he did pretty good, so I have high hopes for future shows. I think he is one of Kim's best "paint" paint jobs to date! (but I am biased.)
principel.jpg (16290 bytes)principer.jpg (16931 bytes) Principe de Oscuro - This is the raven resin painted by the very talented Laurie Jo Jensen to a dark bay minimal Sabiano roan. He is one of my favorite models and he usually shows very well for me, especially in his Peruvian tack. His name if Spanish for "Dark Prince" or "prince of Darkness" if you prefer
Rapture.jpg (17164 bytes) Rapture's Dance - This is the quatro resin by Candace Liddy. He was painted by the talented Judy Renee Pope. He has been lightly shown but does very well. He, like most all my Sm's is not a model I intend to part with
