Yes it's true Black Sabbath are coming to the uk. I can't beleive I'm gonna get to see Ozzy. I booked my tickets with nme .com
Feb 10th
I've made an Ozzfest uk 2001 page. I just had to do one to shout about my long awaited dream coming true. I'll update it as soon as I receive more infomation on who's playing etc.

Some of the other bands that are playing have been announced so I updated the Ozzfest uk 2001 page. I've heard of a few of the bands but not many. Ozzy is the reason why I'm going.

It's the anniversary of Randys death. God Bless. I played Blizzard of Oz extra loud today.
March 21st
Well foot and mouth is still ravaging on and putting doubt on a few festivals Ozzfest should be fine though because its not near agricultural ground.Ozzy has had to put the new album on hold coz the recording studio is out of bounds. The studio is only 20 minutes drive from my home I'm tempted to camp out.
April 2nd
Still no tickets. Nme.com says they are still waiting for them to come into stock. I'm waiting for them to come through my letterbox gggrrrrr.

I've been reading the posts at ozzy.com alot of people don't seem to like the line-up too much. Me, well I'd heard of Slipknot, Papa roach and Black label society and that was it, as long as Ozzy's there I'm going. I'm hoping he's gonna do some solo songs as well as a set with Sabbath.

There was an Ozzy article in The Sun newspaper today. I scanned it onto the site.Some of it was funny as hell but I was sad to hear Ozzy's mother has died aged 85

I updated the UK Ozzfest page as Mudvayne and Pure Rubbish have been confirmed. Can't seem to find a web site for Apartment 26 or Pure Rubbish. Any info send it in.

Ok I'm a bit desperate at the moment just read at nme.com that Sabbath are playing a low key gig at the Birmingham Acedemy on the 22nd of May thats like 13 days away. I phoned for tickets and they said the only way I'm gonna get them is in person from the acedemy and that they were selling quick!!!! They can't reserve or anything. I'm in South Wales so its looking bleak. I know I'm going to Ozzfest but that capacity is 65,000 people this one is only 2,000 I'd get a closer look!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well would you beleive it, I got the tickets for the birmingham gig!!!!!!!!!!!!! I phoned the acedemy again this morning and asked if there are any ticket offices taking credit card bookings. She assured me there wasn't ! Wolverhampton civic hall was listed on the nme site as a ticket outlet. I got the phone number from the operator and phoned. And yes they were taking credit card bookings. So wasn't that easy.... not!
