CoC

This is the code of conduct of the 44th and 56th Flying Eightballs. All members regardless of rank are required to read and understand this code.

all members upon joining will be required to create an account with the members message board, do so as a local account and as just your name,

not using rank or squad tag,  and you will be added to the msg board. until it is done correctly it will be deleted every time by a board admin.

Pilots and cadets will be required to conduct themselves as a gentleman at all times when on the Zone, or any public rooms. The use of foul language

directed at other pilots, squad members or not, will not be tolerated.

remember that some pilots have open speakers and little ears present, not to mention the

wife. We will treat all allies and those we compete against with courtesy and respect. When entering a room, do it with a ~S~, and return any salutes

received. This also means no trash talk, childish arguments, personal vendettas, or rude remarks in open rooms. If someone assaults you verbally, shoot him

out of the sky, or, if you must, go to a one on one private chat.

The Flying Eightballs are an honorable squad, and as such we practice a no cheat policy. No mods are to be flown in uniform. period.

All pilots are required to know and follow the chain of command to resolve any disputes or problems encountered, internal or external.

Failure to follow the chain of command will result in disciplinary action.

All pilots in the Flying Eightballs are required to do their best to show up for any mandatory squad functions such as meetings, training sessions, or

squad matches. This means that if there is a squad activity going on, 44th comes first before any other activity. If a pilot is unable to attend, he will be

required to post a message to the CO, XO, or the liaison officer. If a pilot misses 2 squad activities in a row without notification, he will be demoted one

rank. If a pilot misses 6, he will be suspended or discharged.

Any pilot that does not communicate with the squad for 2 or more weeks  (i.e. use message board), will be placed on the AWOL list at the 44th website. At that

point, the pilot has one month to get in contact with the command staff, or he will be removed from the squad. If contact is made, and the pilot wants to

remain in the 44th, he will do so at the rank he was last promoted to.

Any abuse of squad regulations will be subject to disciplinary action or review of the command staff. These regulations are as follows:

(1). Any pilot who is absent for a period of six weeks without written communication to the command staff (unless the pilot is on the inactive list or

retired list). If you wish to be place either list, contact the command staff.

(2). Disrespect to any pilot.

(3). Cheating of any kind.

(4). Any pilot that is found to be directly involved in or a member of another squad that supports CFS1, CFS2, or CFS3.

(5). Any conduct that brings discredit upon the 44th.

Violation of this code of conduct will cause any one of the following forms of punishment to be handed out by the command staff: Loss of

position, reduction in rank, suspension, or discharge. The offending pilot will have the right to voice his side of the issue, thru a closed meeting with

the command staff. The members of the command staff are posted on the main 44th website. Any pilot that is discharged or terminates his affiliation with the

44th will be required to cease to use any indicators that signify membership in the 44th. Any questions should be directed towards the command staff. We are

here to provide any help that is needed, and to make the 44th as enjoyable as possible for all.
