| Couch & Loveseat:This couch and loveseat are by La-Z-Boy. The couch matches the loveseat, and both ends recline with leg rest. Both parts of the loveseat recline with leg rests, too! The fabric is pretty clean and does not look very worn. I have had these pieces steam cleaned in the last year and they haven't been used much since then. ALSO: Since its La-Z-Boy, the backs come off. Each upright piece slides out of a track so it can go up/down stairs easily. I got it down my tiny staircase!!! | Futon: This is Walmart's top of the line futon. It retails for $250. I assembled it in my basement so I may have to disassemble it to get it to you, but it works quite well. Black metal frame with dark wood armrests - armrests have built in storage. It sort of fills a corner and has been used as a full size bed maybe a total of a dozen times or so for guests. The mattress is covered in a biege microfiber cover and is about 5in thick. (bedding not included) Price: $90 Dimensions: (as couch) 83x43x36 |
