Fly for Breast Cancer Cure
During the year, pilots all over North America will be collecting pledges for every hour they fly in the Ninety Nines Fly for Breast Cancer Cure. Fly for Breast Cancer Cure is a noncompetitive fly-a-thon supporting the American Cancer Society's unique mission to fight cancer on four fronts: research, education, advocacy, and patient services.
We encourage our members to be creative in their fund-raising efforts. Since we are a flying organization, some chapters have hosted activities which incorporated a fly-in: pancake breakfasts, chili cook-offs, poker runs, and even a fly-in golf outing!
