The Roof of the World --- Tibet

July 1992

Gosh, 10 years already !!!(1992-2002)   I still remember the exciting moment …

when flew above Mt. Himalaya (the magnificent scenery almost made me cry :-)  not because of the dangerous flight of China at that time :--P  )

when took a rest by the Yaluzangbu River

when visited Potala Palace and imagined the everyday life of Dalai Lamas

when walked around the flea markets in Lhasa, and ate the traditional Tibetan food

when took pictures of  local people and animal :-D

People in this land differs greatly from any other nationality both at home in china and in the world. Religion seems almost everything. Many live for the next life, rather than for the present. Although it differs from what I believe, it’s so good to experience the different world.

Thanks for my parent’s support to let me go there at that time, and for my aunt’s idea to take me with her J  .
