| Maternal Aggression |
| Maternal Aggression is directed towards animals and people, and signs of it are barking, growling, snapping, and any other behaviour where the dog is trying to get you to leave. This type of aggression usually stops when the puppies are weaned, or at least when the last puppy leaves the litter. This usually accurs in the mother dog, when she is weaning her pups. She will act out when anyone aproches her whelping box, or her and her puppies. |
