Galadriel's Bedchamber
The room is dominated by a large feather bed in the middle, with a frame that is
carved into the likeness of Telperion, the tree of Valinor. There are windows
hidden in the leaves that are the walls, all over the room, making the room
bright with light at all hours. There are lamps scattered through the room that
give off a soft glow. The walls are also covered with soft woven tapestries made
by Galadriel's hand. Near a large window are two branch-made chairs with
cushions on them. A table nearby holds a tea set and some biscuits on a plate.
The room is decorated modestly, and it holds no clue as to who the owner of the
place is.

Squirrel
=====================================================================
Chirping happily, a little brown squirrel timidly enters the room. Catching
sight of Galadriel, his timidness seems to ease and he hops towards the large
feather bed. Pausing only a moment, the little beast scurries up the carved
frame. Clearly, to the little squirrel, the carving looks just like a beautiful
tree!
Once reaching the top of the bed, the forest creature sits up on its back legs
and seems to sniff the air. Its little nose twitches, and with excitement it
practically hops towards the pillow. Reaching the pillow, the little ball of
fluff, feverishly investigates the pillows by climbing over them, under them,
and around them several times. Then, with a sudden chatter of excitement, and a
few hearty flicks of his tail, the little beast disappears inside the
pillowcase!
The pillow distorts and wiggles frightfully! It almost appears as if the little
squirrel is doing battle with some ferocious creature deep within the
pillowcase. The forest creatures activities send several pillows rolling and the
sound of delicate fabric ripping seems to only add to the queer scene.
Then, as suddenly as the turmoil began, it ends. A small brown head appears,
with shiny black eyes gleaming with victory. Within it's mouth, the happy little
creature carries a bundle of onions!
Carrying his prize to the center of the feather bed, the furry little beast paws
at the onion bundle as it searches for a tasty bite. As he digs at the onions,
he tears the fabric of the comforter, sending soft fluffy white feathers into
the air as if it were snowing. Clearly, the poor little thing is hungry.
Twitching its nose, the small brown squirrel catches the scent of something in
the air. with a flick of his tail, the furry beast scampers off the bed and
heads for the tea set. Sniffing with excitement, and flicking its tail, he
searches for something. Behind the teapot, the little beast dips a small paw
into what appears to be an abandoned pot of glue! Offended by the sticky gel,
the squirrel wipes its paw on the back of its head. Dancing across a strangely
immobile teaset, the squirrel flicks it's tail one last time before leaving the
table.
Poor little beast! When he flicked his tail, it dipped into the glue and picked
up an unattached spoon!
Racing across the room, the squirrel's spoon laden tail hooks an inconspicuous
sting laying on the floor. The string catches! The Squirrel chatters in fear and
objection as his progress is slowed down! The string knocks a veil off the bed
onto the squirrel and the poor little creature ducks and rolls, causing the veil
to attach itself to the glue that had been wiped on the back of the creatures
head.
The squirrel panicks!!!
The string tears the comforter further causing feathers to explode from the
pillow, which obscure views and cover every surface!
Large chestnuts begin raining down from the lumpy curtains!
It's pandemonium!!!!
The Squirrel's tail flickers nervously, and after a few protesting chatters, he
runs away.
Squirrel leaves the chamber.

Returning from her midnight constitutional, looking forward to not sleeping in
her luxurious feather bed , you can imagine the Lady was more than a little
confused at finding a squirrel in her boudoir. Though fluent in Eagle, Galadriel
has only rudimentary skills in Rodent so could glean little information from her
visitor before he leapt to the top of one of her bedposts. What followed can
only be described as squirrely shock and awe; the results of which were both
mind-boggling and transcendent, recalling disasters of old. Put simply, the
Lady's private quarters are now a shambles: feathers carpet the floor, ripped
linens are everywhere, tea was spilled, things are glued to other things, etc
etc. And the squirrel? Well, he was last seeing darting through the branches of
the great tree wearing a veil and trailing flatware. Ware friends! Your talan
may be next.
