Black Turds
This page is for my Black Turds, I mean Black Labs.  I adopted Guinness back in November 2002 from the local animal shelter because I just couldn't let a good beer go to waste.  Heather was real happy about that.  I figured if I got kicked out of the house, at least I'd have someone to kick it with.  Cooper we got about one month later from a family friend, he was the only pup that survived out of a litter of 8.  These two turds are full of personality, that's for sure.
So far riding in the Jeep is like a circus on wheels.  Guinness whines like a JACKASS cause he gets so excited  and keeps moving around trampling Cooper, who is really good because he pretty much just lays down and shuts up.  They do ok staying in the Jeep for the most part, but they like to stand onthe wheel wells and stick their heads out.  Guinness will actually put his front paws on the fender flares.  I'll let them do that on the trails, but on the highway and gravel roads I make them lay down or sit.  Cooper fell out once on the trail when Jimbob took a tight corner a little fast.  I think he learned his lesson cause now he doesn't seem to stand on the wheel wells much.  Sometimes they jump out without permission, usually straight into a really nasty mud hole.  The first time I didn't make them walk, but the second time Cooper did it, he ended up walking for about 1/2 mile.  Once I was driving through a trail that had banks on both sides that were even with the top of my tub.  Next thing I know I see Cooper running along the bank next to me.  The rest of the FUBAR dorks like to mess with me by getting the Turds to jump out of my Jeep and into the mud holes.  Before the picture above was taken, I told the Turd to stay put while I took a piss.  Next thing in know is see my bro Chris waving a stick at them and then throwing it into the mud.  He thought it was pretty funny until I grabbed his pup 4Lo and tossed him in the mud too..........
