� Saok mushroom & tram tram (dried lily flower)
� Wash & drain chicken
� dice garlic & onion
� Add six pepper, garlic powder, pepper, salt, fish sauce, & soy sauce
� cut chicken into big pieces & stir it in w/ the above ingredients
� let the meat sit n marinate for @ least 1 hr
� prep lily flower n mushrooms
� Wash mushrooms n lily flower again
� Stir fry the chicken on med heat
� Once chicken yellow on one side, flip over
� Once both sides of chicken yellow, pour in all of the rest of marinating sauce into pan
� fill pot up w/ lots of water, add salt & pepper & once it boils put in the chicken
� scoop out garlic & onion
� After cooking chicken in pot for 45 min, add mushroom (mushroom cooked for 20 min total)
� Add in tram tram (cook 10 min total)
� Season to taste w/ chicken boullion, sugar, fish sauce
