
� Wash and drain crabs
� thao yem
� cut each crab in half
� use seasoning named tom rang muoi hieu "4 Con Voi"
� add onion powder & garlic powder
� add salt & pepper
� prepare & cut chilli pepper, garlic, onion, and green onion (don't add to crab yet)
� let crabs sit & marinate for 15 to 30 min
� mix in flour rite b4 cooking (if more�s needed add tapioca flour)
� add olive oil, add garlic, add crabs
� once golden brown, put crabs on plate
� rinse pan
� cook hot pepper, garlic, onion, salt, & pepper
� once cooked add as a topping to the dish of crabs & serve
