Create a COM interface manually in XP:

- Under Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Component Services, My Computer,

Right-click COM+ application & add new Empty application;

After creating the Application,

Under the list box, double click the new application created

& right-clicked “add New component” & select New component in the wizard &

add the DLL file;
