BUNNY HOP-
1. Roll upto a gutter or a curve at a slow pace
2. Bend your kness slightly and when you reach the curve pull up and bring the scooter up with you, land eather with one foot or two and roll away happy.
180-
1. Roll at a slow speed and bend your knees
2. when you feel ready, bunny hop
3. when you're in the air turn your twist your heaps and snap the bars around in a 180, land and roll away backwards.
360-
1. A little harder than a 180, just do the same as if doing a 180 but twist your body right around so you spin the full 360, it takes a while to get it wired but once you do you are getting closer to being a member of the pack.
540,720-
Very hard indead.
1. Get used to pulling 360's and spining before you try these.
2. It is a lot easiar to do 540's and 720's of a ramp, so before you even try these go get a ramp.
3. once you are used to getting good air off a ramp or vert you are ready to try these, MUST WEAR PROTECTION.
4. Reach the ramp at a very fast speed, crouch down a little, reach the lip of the ramp and SPIN LIKE HELL! You will off many times before you land a 540 or a 720 but keep trying because you will get it.
X-UP-
1. very easy, just roll at a slow speed, bunny hop and pull the bars around 180 degrees with your arms in an 'X' position, un cross your hands and land,  there you have it!
BARSPIN-
1. Roll at a moderate speed, and bunny hop
2. once in the air flick the bars with your wrighting hand.
3. when the bars have gone around 360 degrees, grab the bars and land
4. don't forget to smile.
NO FOOTER-
1. Bunny hop, in the air snap your lags as far away from the deck as possible and bring them back in and land.
NO HANDER-
1. practice this ever on flat or off a ramp.
2. roll up to the ramp, or if your on flat just get ready to do a huge bunny hop.
3. Once you have got some good air take your hands off the bars and stretch them back as far as possible.
4.bring your hands back and land.
NOTHING-
1. in the air take both your hands and your feet off the scooter, snap them back and land.
2. Remember to smile at the camaras.
SUPERMAN-
1. I would recomend a ramp to make this trick look good.
2. Get as much air as possible of the ramp, kick back your legs so the are horizontal and out stretch you arms so it looks like you are fliying.
INDY-
1. While in the air bend your knees and grab the middle section of the deck.
TAILGRAB-
Just what the name says.
PEACOCK-
1. A trick stolen from Matt Hoffman
2. get massive air ever from a big ramp or a vert
3. take your feat off like a no footer and  swing the scooter so the front wheel is in front off you
4. grab the front wheel with you strong hand and hold it for as long as possible.
5. Bring the scooter down and land. Don't forget to get your gold medal.
BACKFLIP-
1. get big air off a steep ramp, bend back and bring the bars to your waist.
2. snap your legs up, by now you shood be able to see the landing
3. pull as hard as you can to finish the flip and land. Smile for the camaras.
FORWARD FLIP-
Do every thing opposite to a backflip.
