| It is not often that Mariah Carey is seen out in public without the 'twins' on close to full display. The popstar, although ageing as quickly as the rest of us, insists on continuing to dress scantily particularly in the chest region and that has earned her this award. I'm not sure what her reasons are, maybe she has a degenerative disease that requires her breasts be constantly exposed to air, or she gets hot easily or, maybe, she likes her breasts to be looked at.
