RULES

GENERAL

  1. Every sim trainer living in the European Union, or being a citizen of the European Union can join the European sim trainers association.  (short = EURO).  It is clearly stated that membership of the association is not equal to a residency.  Trainers in the EURO can be a resident trainer at every track the choose, whether it's whitin the EU or not.
  2. Membership can be obtained by mailing your first name, your hometown, your country, and stable names to [email protected]. 
  3. Membership and services at EURO are all free of charge

TRAINERS CHAMPIONSHIP

  1. EURO will hold a trainers championship every six months of the year.  The first one will be held from january till the end of june.  The second will be held from the first week of July till the end of the year.
  2. Only members that are selected for this championship will be able to participate.  The numbers will be limited with for the last championship being the selection pool for the one to follow.  (numbers will follow later)
  3. Trainers will receive 4 points for a win, 2 points for a second and 1 point for a third place
  4. Races will have to be run on the 10 official EURO tracks.  (see list on the bottom)
  5. All entries must be mailed before the 7th of December to [email protected]   The official list of participants will be announced around x-mas
  6. For the first season the EURO board will make a calculation of the performances between july 2001 and november 2001 to make it's final decision on which sim trainers will be allowed a spot in the first season.  After that wildcards will be allocated to fill up the championship season.  Please bear in mind that it's the general idea to have as many trainers and as many people in to the championship.  The ruling will in any case be final. 
  7. All complaints will be handled by the board of directors of EURO (complaints on decisions will be taken into consideration but the ruling of the board will always be final)
  8. Prices for the first season will be anounced later
  9. The EURO has the right to reject any entries as it sees fit
