I have forever been a fan of Floyd Tillman.He is
one of my mentors. He was one of the first song-
stylist that was as different as Lefty Frizzell.
My favorite song that he wrote and recorded was
not a hit, but remains my favorite. It is entitled "THE LAST STRAW." If anyone knows where
I can find Floyd's version of this let me know,

cording session in 1986 included one of my favorites, "It Makes No Difference Now" as my lead song on the session. Released it as a single, but didn't get a lot of airplay since it was "too country". One of the best compliments I ever got!
