| WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE DIE? Page 6 Revelation 18:2 -- "And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird." (Many believe "Babylon" represents false religion. If so, who inspires its doctrines?) Revelation 20:6 -- "Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrectioin: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests with God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years." (When is the "second death"?) Revelation 20:14, 15 - "And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire." (When is the "second death"? Read Revelation chapter 20!) Revelation 21:8 - "But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death." (What is the reward of "sorcerers" who communicate with the dead?) |
