Identity
I lost the way
And I’m afraid I cried
Too tired to pray
Under the darkening sky.
So
I sat alone
A thousand miles
From anyplace I call home
A long way from smiles.
I face the night
Same as the days
There is no reason to fight
I can’t win anyway.
Regardless of how I feel
The land is all I own
The time that I live in is real
The
only true fact is that I’m alone.
Maybe rest
Maybe for me
Is it really lost
Well... we’ll see.
With eyes wide open
I can see
The opening of the lion’s den
Is it for me?
And I wait
The time is moving
Early becomes late
The end is just beginning.
I am still me
That cannot change
And every part of me
Is in my even normal range.
