Making the Business
To start a business as good as Gub-Gub's, you need some money. It takes approximately $200,000 to $250,000 to get the business going. With loans and grants from banks, it is possible to get this initial starting cost. After this, a good monthly budget would be about $30,000.
This working budget would be drawn against a monthly income of $40,000. But this is only a first month income. After month one, the store's income should increase to around $50,000 to $55,000. Following that, the income should increase on a monthly basis if good advertisement is carried out.
Given the interest rates on the loans and grants, with an ever increasing monthly income, in theory, the company should be entirely out of debt within 12 years if no other outstanding financial difficulties befall on the company.
For record keeping, a good individual to do this would be a business major that knows the company and the people involved within the store.
