| Joji Balcita Joji is a student of meditation (Vipassana and Zen) and hatha yoga for 7 years now. Her teaching emphasizes fluidity to increase the natural energy flow throughout the body, which includes vinyasa, asanas, pranayama, and relaxation to provide a balanced yoga experience. Forever inquiring into the art and science of the body and movement, she also studies dance and martial arts. |

| A journalist/writer and art student before becoming a full time yoga teacher, Joji received her Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the University of the Philippines in Diliman, Quezon City. Her hatha yoga training has led her to her current preoccupatoin with eastern philosophical systems. | |||||||||||||
