| Drop Knee- dk (the abreviation for drop knee) is a body boarding stance is accomplished by having one foot on the board and one knee on the board. Prone- the easiest of all body boarding stances. this stance is accomplished by simply laying on the board, stomach down. Knees- riding while on your knees (duh) Stand Up- standing on your board (once again, duh) Backwash- This ussually happens when an overweight rider is on the ride. most likely to happen while riding prone. backwash is when the water is no longer going over edge of the ride, and is staying in the ride. If the rider exits the ride, it will sometimes go back to normal, but most of the time the ride will have to be shut off and turned back on again. 360- doing a full rotation on your board. if you didn't understand that, it means "spinning around" Pop Shove It- a trick for the more advanced riders.can be done while riding stand up or drop knee. a pop shove it is switching the rear of the board to the front. if you do this while riding normal, you will land goofy footed. if you do this while riding goofy footed, you will land normal. House Board- a board provided by the water park the flowrider is located at. |
