Santee Cooper is a good drive from my house. At least I think it's Santee Cooper or at least it's part of it. It's a neat place. There are house boats still standing, swamp, and usually hordes or people. It is a rather interesting place. I don't know much about it but I do know that it has produced world record Channel Catfish at 58 lbs and Arkansas Blue Catfish at a whopping 109 lbs. I will post my photos shortly.
