| Depending who you are is whether or not you celebrate Samhain. Some Satanists just prefer to stick with the widly acclaimed Holloween (or All hallows eve.) I personally choose to celebrate Samhain: (The day of the Dead: Witches Night: Devils Night) It is celebrated on Hallows Night (Nov. 1) or All Hallows Eve (Oct. 31) There is no particular way to act this night out, but usually the Original Psychodrama (Le Messe Noir:Black Mass) is performed, wich is what I do. If you do not Know how to preform the documented Black Mass, either buy The Satanic Rituals: written by Anton Szander LaVey: or make your own up and remember to use the extent of your imagination and aesthetics, also be true to the name Black Mass by being as blasphemous as you like (i.e. the upside down cross, the stomping of the black wafer, denunciation of Christ ) I personally add my own Blasphemies to the ones of the documented Back Mass like, by sipping the blood of jesus and spitting it in a fire (not actual blood, Xtians represent the blood of jesus with red whine.) Either that or you could dress up and get candy(Oct. 31 only, if you do this on Nov. 1 people are likely to look at you wierd) just like everyone else. Your choice. Shemhamforash! Hail Satan! |
