About me~ Personal Touch Creations, was the original name of my company. The inner visions that I saw were held until I could bring them to life in the shape of many butterflies and flowers. A few years ago I decided to change the name of my company from �Personal Touch� to Handcrafted Flowers and Flies~ in connection to my creations of handcrafted items. As a small Child growing up in my home town of Chicago IL, I grew to have a deep love and appreciation for the many pretty flowers in my neighbor�s back yard, in addition to a collection of the most colorful butterflies ever seen. I spent a lot of my time next door watching the flowers and butterflies that would land on her flowers. One day, I got a chance to catch a pretty butterfly, kept it until it fell apart� from this moment on, visions of creating butterflies were born within, and I kept trying to create them, along with the flowers�
Over the years, though a number of attempts, failures and fun, determined to get it right, I never gave up on myself, nor could erase the visions and with constant persistence, patience and it all paid off. First attempts with paper, next with cloth materials, and finally the finish product created out of lace, satin and other materials light enough for me to work with~ Beautiful, unique, handcrafted flowers and lace butterflies~ lasting Keep sakes, they make elegant gifts, used for any occasion for that very special some one in your life.
