- His body was destroyed by a powerful blast from Cell. His head was later crushed by Cell as well.
Android #17
- Cell swallows this android whole to increase his strength. He is still alive inside of him and then completely destroyed when Cell self-destructs on King Kai's planet in Other World.
Android #18
- She is the only surviving android, but she perishes like so many others when Buu blows up the Earth.
Android #19
- Vegeta easily disposes of this weak android with his signature Big Bang attack.
Android #20 (Dr. Gero)
- His head is kicked off by Android #17 and then crushed under his foot.
Bubbles
- Once again, another death because of Cell's self-destruction on King Kai's planet.
Cell
- Cell is obliterated (every last cell) by Gohan's immensely powerful Kamehameha wave.
Cell Jr.'s
- Gohan powers-up to Super Saiya-jin 2 and deals with each of these individually.
Chaiotsu
- The young Chaiotsu bravely sacrifices his life to end the Saiya-jins reign to terror. Unfortunately, Nappa survives the self-destructive blast and his efforts are in vain.
Chi-Chi
- Sadly, Super Buu transforms her into an egg and then smashes her to bits.
Dende
- Killed by a beam through the chest from Frieza. This is Frieza's small, yet very powerful, purple lazer fired from a single finger.
Frieza
- This infamous space merchant is sliced in two by the noble Trunks and his amazingly sharp blade.
Gohan
- Gohan is probably killed the least of all of the Z Fighters because his friends sacrifice their lives many times for him. He dies, though, when Buu blow's up the Earth.
Goku
- Goku is killed first by Piccolo's Special Beam Cannon while holding Raditz in the blunt of the blast. A noble sacrifice for the Earth and his friends.
- Once again, Goku sacrifices himself by teleporting the unstable Cell to King Kai's planet where he is killed in the massive explosion.
Gregory
- Like King Kai and Bubbles, Gregory is destroyed when Cell self-destructs on the Kai's planet.
King Cold
- King Cold suffers a less painful demise than his son by simply being shot through the heart by a ki blast from Trunks.
Krillin
- Frieza levitates Krillin in the air, where he explodes with a movement of Frieza's fingers.
Nappa
- Killed by Vegeta for being embarrassingly weak.
King Kai
- The thought to be immortal King Kai dies when Cell self-destructs on his planet.
Piccolo
- Like Goku, Piccolo sacrifices his body for Gohan by standing in the path of a blast from Nappa.
Raditz
- His armor (and body) is pierced by Piccolo's Special Beam Cannon while Goku holds him in a full nelson.
Tien
- He kills himself with his signature attack in an attempt to destroy the Saiya-jin Nappa.
Trunks
- After reaching the level of Ultra Super Saiya-jin (between SSJ and SSJ2), Cell blows a large hole in his chest.
- Died a second time, like many others, when Buu blew up the Earth.
Vegeta
- Killed on Namek after Frieza unleashes his power in his final form.
- Vegeta (in an odd twist of fate) sacrifices his life to destroy Buu when all hope is lost.
Yamcha
- Yamcha is quickly disposed of in the Saiya-jin saga when a Saibamen self-destructs.
