WHAT IS GOD'S KINGDOM ?

  On a certain ocasion, Jesus' disciple came to him saying: Teacher, please show us  how we should pray.Jesus told them the following:  "You must pray, then, this      way: Our Father in the heavens...Let your kingdom come."  - Mat. 6:9. Thus  Jesus spoke clearly about a kingdom ruled by God, a kingdom wich had to have a  dazzling importance for Him, since it was among the first things he considered  worthy of being mentioned in a prayer to God.But this wasn't the first instance  mentioned in the Scriptures when Jesus underlined the importance of this very  unique Kingdom. When Jesus gave his disciple the commandment of preaching to  others, he said: "As you go, preach, saying: "The kingdom of the heavens has d   rawn near". Since Jesus thought this Kingdom was so important, we should ask  ourselves: <<Do I know what this Kingdom of God is? Who is Its King? What can It do for ME? >>

"And in the days of those kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be brought to ruin.And the kingdom itself will not be passed on to any other people.It will crush and put an end to all these kingdoms, and it itself will stand to times indefinite;"
