Note: Each revised chapter includes many images I found posted on the net. For example, the portraits of the presidents on this page came from http://www.cspan.org/ . This is a nonprofit educational site that generates no revenue. If I have used more than one image from a particular website, I have linked the image to the website from which it originated. I have also indicated in my links section in each chapter which websites contributed multiple images to that chapter. If anyone requests that I take down an image I have posted from their site, I will immediately remove it.
