Lease/Option
This method provides you with the most money at closing and is the easiest and quickest way to sell your property. We lease the property for an agreed upon period of time, making an initial payment at the beginning of our contract. The balance is paid at the end of the lease. We are responsible for all repairs and maintenance during the lease period.
Contract for Deed
Using this method, You deed the property into our name but maintain the financing in your name for an agreed upon period of time. This accomplishes the same as the lease/option, but usually takes longer to complete because there is additional paperwork .
Purchase Outright
We will purchase the property from you. This option relieves you of ownership, but due to the costs of property transfer and recording of deeds, the amount you receive will be less. It also takes considerably longer to complete this transaction.
