Ambassador Dennis Jett is currently Dean of the International Center of the University of Florida and Chair of the Advisory Committee to the School of Americas. He had a distinguished 28-year career in the U.S. State Department where he served as Ambassador to Peru and to Mozambique

Rita Lucy, former president of Orlando UNA-USA Chapter, spent six months in Federal prison for protesting at the School of Americas. She has been a strong advocate for the rights of prisoners
