A much, much trickier test than fine dining. You have to eat the egg noodles using nothing but the banana leaf plate. And with poise at that!
The Pahiyas Festival of Lucban, Quezon
is celebrated every 15th of May in honor of the patron saint San Isidro de Labrador.

Residents of this quaint yet intimate town decorate their houses with produce, such as fruits, and indigenous materials as thanksgiving for the  year's good harvest.
