This was a kit I got just before X-mas 2002, It took only a few days to paint assemble. The black turn patterns on the sides of the rocket are actually stickers, so I only had to paint the capsule black and the main tube white. The picture to the top left shows the kit with a few pieces asembled. The mast was molded with orang/red plastic, so I did not paint it. The picture to the bottom left shows some of the stickers applied,
and some cut out and ready to be put on the model. The picture below shows the rocket upright sitting on my Shuttle launch pad. |
