Shortly after recording "Flouzemaker's Back," in late 2002, my once trusty and faithful hard-disc recorder started malfunctionning. It can distincly be hear in "Oddessey X-mas." I got lucky when recording "Strange Wurld," but today, the hard-disc recorder is practically totally unuseable. I now use it as an improvised mixing console, but my home studio capabilities are greatly hindered and limited nowadays.
When I now record vocals, I can't hear my own voice, which makes it next to impossible to do an adequate singing performance. Keep that in mind when listening to "Snerts Run Wild" and "Kilden's Song." I'm not that atrocious as a singer; I just don't have the means to properly record vocals anymore!
