The backhandspring can allow you to do pretty phat combos if you learn how to do them. So lets get started.

1) get in a regular standing position with your feet at a regular standing position. (as is you were walking).

2) have your arms up and your hands at head level.

3) once that is completed, start to throw your hands downward and all the way through till they are behind your back and at the same time start crouching down getting ready to jump.

4) once you are in that position, throw your hands back up and follow through behind your head and lean back a little and jump off. So basically when your hands swinging forward start to jump.

5) now once you jump off the ground i have found it easier to look back for the ground. Make sure to arch you back also, not to much arched but just a regular arch in your back. Sry that parts hard to explain with the back ;) lol.

6) ok well now you should be in the air with your arched back and your head back looking for the ground. Once you are in that position its easy. your hands will hit the ground and your legs will follow through because of the momentum of the flip and you will be finished.
