Gainer
The gainer is a very dangerous move and can cause serious injury. So please know how to do a backhandspring and a backflip before attempting this move! Now to do a gainer first i would advise you to have pillows out or try it on soft grass. So anyways here we go, 1)first start out with your right leg in front or left leg in front which ever is more comfortable for you.

2)After that take 3 or 4 steps, when you have completed that throw your hands up and lean back. *NOT STRAIGHT BACK* but like you were leaning back on a locker or something.

3)Now when done, kick your right leg up and jump off your left leg while at the same time kicking up with your right leg. *kick medium hard* I found that easier than just kicking really hard, anyways when in the air start putting your legs in like a backflip and then tuck.

4)Once tucked you wil flip over and once you flip over your body will automatically open up, but if you fell it wont open up you should do so. I hope this helped you all out please be safe trying this move late.
