1.) first, u stand up straight, with yer legs a little bit further apart than shoulder width. 2.) 2nd, u jump back, with yer left foot, to the back and out. 3.) then u start swinging it low and out, to the right, while at the same time, u bring yer right hand down, to where yer left fot was. 4.) now yer left leg should be about to kick yer right leg. kick yer right leg up, and try n kick yer head, at the exact moment, that yer left leg is about to kick it. 5.) now yer legs should be spread in front of u in the air. 6.) when yer legs are starting to swing a little bit to yer left, then put yer right hand down.( yer arms should be about shoulder length apart) 7.) now yer legs should be swinging even more to the left. lift yer left arm up in the air, and kick yer left foot in the air, and try n kick yer head again. 8.) lift yer ass in the air, and swing yer right leg under the left. 9.) now u should be in the back of a flare. u should be in a semi handstand, with yer legs bent down and spread. (both hands should be on the ground now. 10.) now yer legs should be swingin towards the right. lift yer right arm up, and kik yer right leg high and try n kick yer head. 11.) kick yer left leg under the right, and now u should be at a flare and a half 12.) just keep repeating these steps and u will have continues flares. 13.) remeber its all about momentum, so in the beginine, swing yer leg hard, and remeber that when yer in the back, to keep yer ass up, otherwise u will be to low, and u will have to use alot of strength. * reminder, dunt give up. u will not get this move in a couple of weeks. it takes months, up to a year, depending on how strong u are, and how much u practice, so practice practice practice, and buil up ure shoulder muscles. well i hope i helped u guys out, late * b-boy moto * |
