Backflip exampler
Ok so you want to learn how to backflip 1) get in a standing position with your arms up with your hands at head level and your feet at a regular posture (as if you were walking).. 2) throw your arms down and start squating at the same time. 3) when you are done with those steps when you are done throwing your hands down and you are kinda squating (not all the way down squating) throw your hands up and jump up kinda leaning back when you do it to. Make sure it is not all the way back or else you will do it wrong so make sure you are kinda leaning back like 2 inches. 4) when you are up in the air tuck your legs in and keep your arms to the side. Make sure you tuck in like a ball or else you wont flip and you will land straight on your back. 5) Now once you are tucked you will flip and once you are fliped over put your legs out so you are able to land on your feet. Your legs will probably do this automatically but im just makin sure you land on your feet. ;) If you are afraid of doing this on the grasss try it on pillows and for all those peeps out there who think its easier to do it on off a fence or a bench YOUR WRONG. If you try it off of there and you are scared to do it on the ground then most likely you will get seriously injured. So don't try doing that if you think it will be easier cause its not.
