The trick to a 90 is really the form going into it. You should get the fell for standing on your hands and winding your legs in a circular motion. To do a 90 first place your first arm down swing the opposite leg of the arm you just used and swing that leg up in a circular motion and swing your other leg in a circular motion also and open both legs wide on one arm. The time when you have both legs open on one arm, Slightly shift your weight onto your other arm. The time when your on both hands try to focus on winding your legs shut.
